In this systematic review, the National Center for Education in Maternal and Child Health identifies evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies that Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant programs can implement to lower the rate of hospital admissions for non-fatal injury among children age 9 years and younger.
Prevention strategies range from parental education, to safety equipment, to safety guidelines and legislation.
