Register now for the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Using Healthy People 2030 to Support Multisector Partnerships webinar taking place on July 26th from 12:00 to 1:30 PM ET. During this webinar ODPHP and NACCHO will offer an overview and examples of how local health departments (LHDs) can use multisector partnerships to help achieve the Healthy People 2030 vision.
This webinar will provide a brief overview of the Healthy People 2030 framework, explain how select Healthy People 2030 objectives align with multisector collaboration, and discuss how Healthy People 2030’s emphasis on social determinants of health and health equity can help LHDs galvanize multisector efforts to improve community health and well-being.
In addition, Healthy People 2030 Champion Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services, and their partners, will present on their work engaging leadership, key constituents, and representatives from multiple sectors to improve their community’s health and well-being through the Community Health Improvement process.
