How the Application Process Works

  • First, you’ll complete and submit the form below.
  • ODPHP will review your application and contact you within 2 weeks.
  • After reviewing your application, ODPHP will set up a call with you to share information about the partnership initiative, learn more about your organization, and review a partnership agreement and trademark license
